Get ready for an inaugural Century Ride around the state of Minangkabau heritage.
Velo Endurance, in collaboration with Perpatih Cycling Club, supported by the Negeri Sembilan State Government and Jabatan Belia dan Pembangunan Sukan Negeri Sembilan, brings you the inaugural International Ghombau Century Ride 2015.
International Ghombau Century Ride ("IGCR" 2015 will be held on 1 February 2015 in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan with an estimated participation of 2,000 cyclists from all over Malaysia and the neighbouring countries. This is the first time such event will be held in the state.
The flag off for the start of the 160km race will be at Padang Majlis Perbandaran Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, where the cyclists will cycle through Bukit Putus, Terachi, Seri Menanti, Senaling, Dangi, Johol, Tampin, Astana Raja, Lubok Cina, Pekan Rembau and finish back at Padang Majlis Perbandaran Seremban.
This route offers the chance to riders to cycle on Bukit Putus, where there will be a "King of Mountain" prize for the first man and woman riders to arrive at the peak of Bukit Putus.
The route is certainly not for the faint-hearted as it offers a rolling route, but nonetheless we can guarantee you that it will be a personal satisfaction to conquer this challenge!

The event date of 1 February, is a public holiday for the state of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan, and hence, it will be a long weekend for them. This is a great opportunity to bring your family and friends to Negeri Sembilan and have a break with them after you ride with us at IGCR.

2) Ulu Bendol Recreational Park (a cool river situated at the start of Bukit Putus)
